Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been completed or shipped. We are sometimes able to cancel orders that have not yet shipped. If you want to cancel your order please contact us immediately.

Once your order is ready to be shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking number.
Before reaching out to us please review the following helpful tips:
- Check your tracking number to confirm the package was delivered to your address and not a nearby access point.
- Confirm the tracking number activity log does not state “Item was returned to sender.”
- Double check your property. Sometimes couriers leave items in a discreet area to minimize package theft.
- If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us - Include your order number and tracking number.
- Please reach out to us within 7 days that your package was marked delivered.

Provide a photo, order number and brief description. We will be happy to help you with a return or exchange. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
