Returns & exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items. Please see our full policy below before initiating a return.

Please note the following items are not eligible for return or exchanges:
- Items that are marked FINAL SALE
- All personal items (underwear, socks, hair accessories)
- All beauty products
- Items that have been washed, worn or tags removed
All items for return or exchange must be new, unworn, unwashed in the original condition of purchase, with the original tags attached.
Fees
- A flat fee of $9.95 will be charged for each return shipment.
- Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable
Refunds
- Refunds will be credited to the same card or payment type used for the original purchase.
- Once your item is received and inspected we will contact you via email. If your return is approved you can expect your refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 working days,
- Please retain a copy/proof of your return tacking information. We do not accept responsibility for lost return packages.
